Louise is a transactional Intellectual Property (IP) advises on the impact which the UPC has on corporate transactions for instance how standard intellectual property due diligence should be adjusted and strategic advice on licensing and the exploitation of patents.

Having worked in medical research for six years and having had 15 scientific papers published, Louise has an innate interest and ability to deal with matters that have a complex scientific or technical element.
